Retired as WorleyParsons chief executive in October; begins as chairman this month. Ran the engineering firm for 40 years, building it into a global business with more than $7 billion in annual revenue. Fortune fell by nearly $100 million as slowdown in resources industry trimmed share price. Also, donated $20 million to alma mater, University of Sydney, in October. Money will go toward starting a school of project management. Paid $13 million for a beachfront home at Whale Beach in New South Wales
