Yin donated an additional US$4 million to the Ministry of Culture to promote Taiwanese culture abroad through the "Taiwan Cultural Spotlight" program.

No.2: Tsai Eng-meng

The personal donation came a day after Tsai directed the Want Want Group — which owns Want China Times — to donate 5 million yuan (US$809,000) to disaster relief
